STEP 4: Read RRIR.

A single bit will be set in RRIR for each receive counter that has rolled over. The driver increments by

one each rollover counter that corresponds to a RRIR set bit.

All of the RRIR and TRIR bits are cleared on read. Once the RRIR and TRIR bits clear, the RMON

bit in the HIR will be clear.
